Through the use of: reiki, yoga, meditation, and tarot, Dee seeks to provide a safe and grounding space for their clients to feel held and seen. Dee understands that the healing process can be vulnerable, scary, confusing, and at times, isolating. With this in mind, Dee works closely with their clients to develop grounding and transformational rituals that best suit the individual's growth and healing process.

I have a gentle approach and strive to meet you where you are at and move within your energy to help you further understand your own body's needs so that you are able to mindfully guide your own movement and breath. This is not your typical yoga class or movement practice.

This work is a ritual - a deeply rooted practice that i have been cultivating for 4 years. My energy work can be done hands on, hovering, or from a distance. Each session is unique - catered towards the clients needs. Although i am trained in the westernized version of reiki and 13th octave lahochi, I do not follow any specific structure or rules about placement, choosing to instead call upon spirit, guides, ancestors, leading from my intuition - from what i feel - to know where my hands go and where the energy needs to be sent.
