I’m a breathworker, rest teacher, and body witch. I help folks come home to themselves and remember their power. I’m here for the creatives, the queers, the weirdos. For rebel babes who want to reconnect to the wisdom of their bodies. For curious folks who want to step into trusting their unique magic. This is a practice of nurturing the truth of yourself, moving beyond the conditioned ways you 'should' be and returning to what you need to truly thrive. My work weaves together breath, rest, ritual, somatics, practical magic, and awareness practices, to help you be more unabashedly you.

Depending what you're bringing to the table that might include breathwork, rest, conversation, movement, magic making, nervous system calibration, or awareness practices Folks have used these sessions as regular check ins, stand-alone support through moments of transition, and space to co-create personal rituals or practices.
