Dreamcasting Session
$172.44- Virtual Options
Dreamcasting sessions, much like tarot or astrology sessions, guide you in deepening your relationship to a particular dream. In a 90 minute session, we explore a dream of your choosing through layered creative processes and identify potential practices for relating to the dream further in waking life. The 1:1 container of a Dreamcasting session allows for more intimate and expansive exploration of personal themes and a personalized ‘prescription’ for weaving your dream messages into waking life.
Creative Well-being Session
$172.44- Virtual Options
Creative Well-being sessions are intended to support your self-care through mindfulness, creativity, and spiritual exploration. A 90-minute session might include visualization practice, art exercises, oracle or tarot reading, drumming, or movement exploration. Creative Well-being sessions are guided experiences that can help you connect to your inner world and embrace your creative nature. While these are not art psychotherapy sessions or mental health treatment, they can help you learn to care for yourself through anxiety, depression, and life challenges.
