    • BodyTalk Session

      $119.30- Virtual Options

In a session you can expect rest and restoration. Similar to other energy work practices, the practitioner tunes into what in the client needs attention and support. In this way, pressure is taken off the client to "know" or "do" anything. Many people find this aspect of BodyTalk quite relieving. Through the course of the session surprising and revelatory aha moments arise that can lead to clarity, ease, and a deeper access to self.

    • Somatic Experiencing Session

      $119.30- Virtual Options

In a Somatic Experiencing session you will learn how to calm and ground yourself. We then move from this calming & grounding (referred to in SE as "resource") to activation (something less calming) and back again. The nervous system get a chance to practice its ongoing process of activation and settling in the titrated environment of a session. Revelatory aha moments and new bodily awarenesses arise throughout the session which often take the form of sensations, images, feeling, and insights. Sessions support clients to move through the world with greater access to their sense of self.
